Aranılan Özellikler:
Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a management position.
Strong B2B background; experience in Flexible Packaging, Film, Plastics, or Printing/Converting is highly preferred.
In-depth knowledge of flexible packaging market dynamics for both Food and Non-Food sectors is an advantage.
Proven expertise in modern marketing techniques, digital channels, and data analytics.
Excellent command of English (written & spoken) – mandatory due to frequent international communication.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, lead cross-functional projects, and collaborate effectively with Sales and R&D teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Drive product launches, brand communication, digital campaigns, and industry-specific initiatives targeting both Food and Non-Food sectors.
Trade Marketing & Sales Support
Design and execute trade marketing programs (promotional materials, sales tools, customer presentations) to support the sales force and maximize market penetration.
Product Marketing
Monitor market trends and customer needs within the flexible packaging sector.
Identify new product opportunities (e.g., sustainable/recyclable materials).
Manage the full product lifecycle to ensure competitive positioning and profitable growth.
Brand Management
Ensure consistent brand identity across all communication channels.
Organize and manage participation in trade shows, industry events, and promotional activities.
Market Intelligence
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to sales and management teams.
Budget Management
Control, allocate, and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI.
