We are seeking a Human Resources Director for our business partner, one of Turkey’s Top 500 Industrial Enterprises. With its strong brands in chocolate, biscuits, confectionery and various other categories, the company is recognized as one of the most prominent producers in the food industry and a market leader in FMCG.
This senior role will take place at a well-established food giant, leading both Core HR (industrial relations, legal compliance, blue-collar workforce management) and Soft HR (talent management, organizational development, employee engagement) processes, playing a decisive role in the company’s strategic development
Aranılan Özellikler:
Minimum 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5–7 years at Director or senior leadership level.
Preferably with FMCG / food sector experience and solid background in blue-collar workforce management.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Proven track record in HR leadership within large-scale industrial organizations.
In-depth knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and international HR best practices.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, change management, and analytical reporting skills.

Core HR
Manage industrial relations and ensure full compliance with labor law, social security, and regulatory audits.
Oversee collective bargaining and maintain constructive union relationships.
Lead workforce planning, headcount management, and HR budgeting.
Supervise compensation & benefits, payroll, and personnel administration processes.
Coordinate HR-related responsibilities in Occupational Health & Safety and other legal requirements.
Soft HR
Drive end-to-end talent acquisition for both white- and blue-collar positions.
Manage performance appraisal systems, target setting, competencies, and feedback mechanisms.
Implement succession planning, leadership development, and career management programs.
Design and deliver training & development initiatives and corporate learning structures.
Strengthen corporate culture, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, and internal communication projects.
Reporting & Strategy
Provide regular reports, HR dashboards, and budget updates to top management.
Lead HR digitalization, process improvement, and transformation projects.
